What are your return policies?
All unopened products (see exceptions below) purchased at Supply Hero can be returned within 9 days of your receipt. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and are required to have an authorized return number from Supply Hero customer support. American Specialties, Technical Concepts and Bobrick items all carry a 25% restocking fee and total return must be over $200. The authorized return number must be obtained from Supply Hero within 9 days of the original purchase. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions for this rule. After 9 days no returns will be accepted. You can reach the Supply Hero team by calling toll-free 1-877-894-4884 or by sending us an email. The cost and responsibility to ship the products back to Supply Hero are that of the customer. Concealed damages to any order must be reported to Supply Hero within 3 business days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted for the following products: Sheds and Outdoor products, Training videos, Skyscapes, Gamco, Bradley Washroom, Koala Bear, and Partition Replacement Hardware products. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions to this rule. Shipping fees, special handling fees and minimum charges are non-refundable. Refunds for orders that received free shipping will be reduced by the actual cost of shipping that was absorbed by Supply Hero. For all other returns that qualify for a refund, Supply Hero will refund the amount of purchase less the greater of the outbound shipping cost charged to the customer or actual shipping costs incurred by Supply Hero.
