Can I pick-up my order directly from the warehouse?
Absolutely! Orders can be picked up from the Supply Hero warehouses M-F, 8-4. Our website currently allows for you to order and pickup janitorial items automatically. While the website does not allow you the same functionality for offices supplies, we can definitely arrange it for you. Just give our customer service agents a call at 877-894-4884 and they will be happy to take your order and make the arrangements for you to pick up the order at our warehouse. How can I cancel an order?
We are committed to being your Supply Hero. Our facilities operate nearly round the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because of this commitment. Once your checkout process is complete, the destination warehouse is immediately notified to pick and ship your order. Sheds and outdoor products are the only exception. Cancellation of Sheds and Outdoor products must be made in writing within 24 hours of purchase to avoid any additional shipping costs. Contact us and we will do out best to take care of it.

How can I track my order?
The team at Supply Hero will send out an email notification with tracking information for all orders that are shipped via Freight Line. Orders that are shipped with UPS or other common carriers will not receive an order tracking email, as those orders normally ship out the next day and arrive in less than a week. If you would like tracking information on a UPS-able order, give us a call at 1-877-894-4884 or contact us for more information.

How do I use your website?
Start by searching for products. The Supply Hero site has been designed to give users optimum searching power when perusing the site for their desired products. You can always type in the name or SKU of the product you are looking for in the search box, or you can search by one of our 5 main categories or search by manufacturer. Once you find the item(s) you are looking for, add them to your cart and follow our simple checkout procedure until complete. I didn't receive the correct order, what can I do?

Is there a minimum purchase required?
To keep you from paying outrageous prices for shipping (see our competitors), we charge a meager $6.99 in addition to our regular UPS fee for orders under $60.

What about orders outside of the contiguous 48 states, International and APO addresses?

What are your payment policies?
Supply Hero accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express & Discover through the website or over the phone. Checks are also accepted; please fill up your shopping cart, fill in the required information, print the cart and send it in. We are aggressively working to offer the
LOWEST PRICES IN THE INDUSTRY. If you see a lower price from a competitor, contact us and provide us pricing information, and we will do our best to beat it.

What are your return policies?
All unopened products (see exceptions below) purchased at Supply Hero can be returned within 9 days of your receipt. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and are required to have an authorized return number from Supply Hero customer support. American Specialties, Technical Concepts and Bobrick items all carry a 25% restocking fee and total return must be over $200. The authorized return number must be obtained from Supply Hero within 9 days of the original purchase. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions for this rule. After 9 days no returns will be accepted. You can reach the Supply Hero team by calling toll-free 1-877-894-4884 or by sending us an email. The cost and responsibility to ship the products back to Supply Hero are that of the customer. Concealed damages to any order must be reported to Supply Hero within 3 business days of receipt.
Returns are not accepted for the following products: Sheds and Outdoor products, Training videos, Skyscapes, Gamco, Bradley Washroom, Koala Bear, and Partition Replacement Hardware products. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions to this rule. Shipping fees, special handling fees and minimum charges are non-refundable. Refunds for orders that received free shipping will be reduced by the actual cost of shipping that was absorbed by Supply Hero. For all other returns that qualify for a refund, Supply Hero will refund the amount of purchase less the greater of the outbound shipping cost charged to the customer or actual shipping costs incurred by Supply Hero. What are your shipping policies?
Supply Hero is committed to getting your orders to you quickly and by the least expensive means available. We ship most orders via common parcel carriers such as UPS and others. Orders too large to go via common carrier are shipped with proven and reliable freight carriers. We charge a flat fee of $14.95* for all orders shippable with a common carrier. Certain products are unable to ship via common carrier due to product weight, size, shape or safety precautions. These products will be shipped via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. The charge to ship these products is $65*. Many items in our Shed & Outdoor section ship free of charge! Delivery of most common carrier orders is usually no more than 2-3 business days since most products ship from one of our 53 fully stocked warehouses near you. Orders placed before 2pm (EST) usually ship same day. This excludes American Specialties, Bobrick, Bradley, Ex-cell, United, all Outdoor products and special order items. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are typically delivered in fewer than 10-15 days. Freight companies delivering to your home or business will call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Normal delivery for orders shipped by common carrier to residential and business locations are to curbside or loading dock only. This service does not include inside home or business delivery, set up, or lift-gate charges. Should you need inside delivery or other accessorial services, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. *Select items can carry an additional weight-based surcharge which will be reflected in your shopping cart during checkout.
