This water based universal spot and stain remover utilizes the latest technology in surfactants, wetting agents and solvents to give the user a powerful and fast acting way to remove both water based and oil based spots and stains from carpets, upholstery and other fabrics. Saturates and dissolves such staining materials as: butter, cooking oils and grease, crayon, lipstick, make-up, oil, shoe polish, ink, catsup, coffee, tea, and many more.
